Our Programs
Infant,Toddler & Preschooler Years Discussion
Come laugh and learn in one of our Parent and Me discussion groups. Gain support from other parents who are experiencing similar struggles and joys with their children while learning to nurture your child’s developing intelligence and emotional growth. Topics will include all of the things you’re most interested in learning about and more. And, while parents meet, children participate in a developmentally appropriate play group guided by our very experienced play teachers.
Mommy & Me
Mommy and Me is an interactive program geared for the toddler/preschooler and his/her favorite person (mom, dad, grandparent or childcare provider). Classes are 1½ hours. During that time you and your child will be involved in a variety of activities including arts and crafts, singing, movement exercise and story time. Snack is provided by The Center.

Workshops
We will have two workshops in this session.
First, Wills and Trusts. This is a purely information seminar and will consist of an introduction to wills, living wills, health proxies and estate planning, with a question and answer session to follow.
Second, Power Moms. This workshop will help you drastically improve your metabolism, knock off pounds and inches, and strengthen your entire body. Experience a new surge in energy as you fitfully conquer the daily challenges of motherhood.
Our skilled play teachers will be available to guide children’s play while parents meet.
